Note from Donna Schantz, PWSRCAC Acting Executive Director: the “1015 helo over flight reported a sheen approx ≤ mile off Glacier Island between Finski Point and Bullhead-grey rainbow sheen mix” According to Stan Stephens, all the sea lions should be out of there by now (Bullhead is a sea lion haul out). We are waiting for photos from the overflight and more info on the response effort. Joel Kennedy is at the Crowley Emergency Operations Center.
